  Has nice seating both indoors and outdoors. The baristas are fast and accommodating. As far as Starbucks go, this one is pretty good.

  Liz the cashier was so nice and friendly, I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted and she really didn’t make me feel rushed. She is a great employee and is a really hard worker. Super friendly smile!!

  This Starbucks spot sits located the east entrance inside the Westin Building downtown Pittsburgh. Very well lit, as exterior Window/Walls all around and do a great job of letting in the outside vert well, makes a bright spot in morning. Staff always very friendly & warm also they dont bother or hover at all, even if coming in to use the wifi services for free throughout the building location... This being a Starbucks review I must point out, there was a Crazy Mocha in same building, due to non-compete agreements they moved out January 2019 (their coffee wasnt the best in my opinion and varies upon location)... . okay onto to the biz, do i have to point out it is a Starbucks, no value menu on premium coffee, definitely worth it. I see Starbucks as a treat, not a means for my coffee habit i am very proud to have. Starbucks does a lot of work to make such standard as far as menu, as should be, from spot to spot, however, the staff varies from spot to spot and such customer experience does too. Here as pointed out are always very friendly and lively which makes the atmosphere very inviting and upbeat, sitting between a office building, hotel, Bill's Burgers and a gym, the staff picked are perfect and each are unique, diverse enough to hit and mesh with almost everyone that comes thru the doors... Ive visitied here for few years now and turn over is not a issue here, very stable core team and i believe good management, place, customers make this a location that baristas stay, and customers repeat... We all like our routines and if this location is close for your daily travels i recommend it highly!!! Have a great day and hopfully this review helped... ✌ Seth Cluckey

  The staff at this location literally makes my day. So friendly and a great start to the morning. Drinks are never made less than perfect as well.
